ExpenseIn Welcomes Barry Carter to their Board as Non-Executive Director

Barry CarterExpenseIn is delighted to announce the addition of Barry Carter to their board as non-executive director (NED). Barry brings a wealth of expertise to the ExpenseIn team, having over 25 years of experience in advising boards with a distinct focus on innovation, technology, and private equity-backed businesses.

Previously, Barry was a partner at the global audit, tax, and advisory firm, KPMG, for over 20 years. He also led the EMA Technology sector team for Deal Advisory and has worked on some of the largest and most complex deals within the international sector over the last decade alone.

I have been working closely with the board over the last year or so, and I have been impressed with both the progress of the business and the strength of the senior management team. I am thrilled to be joining the board at such an exciting time in the ExpenseIn journey.

Barry is an alumnus of the University of Strathclyde, where he obtained a BA (Hons) in economics. In his spare time, Barry is also a guest speaker on Mergers & Acquisitions/Financial Due Diligence at the University of Oxford for their post-graduate courses. Additionally, he is a trustee of a local outdoor education charity, which provides financial support to disadvantaged children.
