Having used a paper-based system for many years and with so many staff out of the office at race events or on business it was very challenging to get the credit card statements returned and processed on a timely basis. With a large number of people using company credit cards this created an admin challenge for the finance teams who had to constantly chase the expense forms in.
Prodrive spent many months looking at a variety of solutions however they were all either too complicated or not flexible enough to be able to work for the four different businesses in the group. The active user pricing was particularly attractive especially with so many users who make expense claims infrequently.
ExpenseIn worked closely with Prodrive and following feedback from the pilot period, implemented a number of product enhancements to further streamline the process. The amount of old expenses being claimed dramatically reduced as well as the amount of paperwork and loosely stapled receipts.
The ExpenseIn app was also well received by staff and as they are very busy, it was important the app was simple to use but also saved users time when recording and submitting expenses.
