Our employees have welcomed the new system; they now get paid much quicker for their expenses and mileage claims and are much happier with the new process.

Brandon Trust was formed in 1994 by the merger of the Buttress Trust and the South Avon Housing Association. Today, Brandon Trust is an independent charity, supporting around 1,600 children, young people and adults with a learning disability, autism or both.


Speeding up reimbursement

We identified that it was taking a long time for our employees to get paid, typically we found that employees were waiting as long as 90 days to get reimbursed for their expenses and mileage claims. In addition to this, our finance team were dealing with a very manual and time-consuming process when dealing with the shear amount of payroll each month.
