ExpenseIn is excited to announce the addition of two new company benefits for its team of employees. Beginning in 2023, employees are now entitled to one discretionary day off paid birthday leave for the purpose of celebrating their birthday. Team ExpenseInFurthermore, ExpenseIn is committed to positively impacting our local communities and now offers employees one discretionary social volunteering day per calendar year. Studies have shown that volunteering also has numerous benefits in terms of an individual’s purpose, wellbeing, and physical and mental health – all of which ExpenseIn believes are integral to a happy and productive team.

Offering our employees those two days off, will have a very small impact to our staffing levels, but allows us to give back to our team and the local community. So far, the announcement has been very well received by our employees, and we’re excited to hear how they will spend their time.

Richard Jones, Product Director.

Since its inception in 2016, ExpenseIn has always been passionate about offering their employees more autonomy and a better work-life balance. As a result, the company is 100% remote-working, and has embraced remote work since its very beginning. This is in contrast to many companies who have only began to adopt more autonomous and flexible working arrangements since the onset of the pandemic.

I enjoy working at ExpenseIn, as I feel like my ideas are always listened to; and it’s a company which genuinely cares for its employees, providing a great work-life balance.

Tom Bresic, Senior Account Manager

ExpenseIn was founded in the UK by a small team of accountants and software developers and has now grown to over 20 employees. The senior management team is always looking to make improvements to provide a positive company culture.

Making ExpenseIn a place that our employees enjoy being a part of is very important for us. Without our talented team, the company wouldn’t be where it is today, and we would like to thank everyone for the hard work they put in. Hence, we’re in continuous exchange with our employees to learn what we can improve to make ExpenseIn an even better place to work.
